We understand that everyone's skin is unique, so we have formulated our products to be gentle and nourishing, while still providing effective cleansing and hydration. Whether you have dry, oily, sensitive, or combination skin, you can enjoy the benefits of our handmade soaps and bath and body products.

However if you experience any skin irritation, we recommend discontinuing use and informing us so we may improve our formulations in the future.

نعم، منتجاتنا مناسبة لجميع أنواع البشرة. نحن ندرك أن بشرة كل شخص فريدة من نوعها، لذلك قمنا بصياغة منتجاتنا لتكون لطيفة ومغذية، مع توفير التنظيف والترطيب الفعالين. سواء كانت بشرتك جافة أو دهنية أو حساسة أو مختلطة، يمكنك الاستمتاع بفوائد الصابون ومنتجات الاستحمام والجسم المصنوعة يدويًا.

إذا كنت تعاني من أي تهيج في الجلد، نوصي بالتوقف عن الاستخدام وإبلاغنا حتى نتمكن من تحسين تركيباتنا المستقبل.

The longevity of our products depends on various factors, such as frequency of use and storage conditions. On average, our handmade soaps can last for 3-4 weeks when used regularly.

To ensure the longevity of your soap, we recommend keeping it in a well-drained soap dish and allowing it to dry between uses.

Our bath and body products, such as lotions and scrubs, have a shelf life of approximately 6-12 months.

تعتمد صلاحية منتجاتنا على عوامل مختلفة، مثل تكرار الاستخدام وظروف التخزين. و لكن في الغالب يمكن أن يستمر الصابون المصنوع يدويًا لمدة 3-4 أسابيع عند استخدامه بانتظام.

لضمان إطالة مدى صلاحية الصابون، نوصي بإبقائه في طبق صابون جيد التصريف وتركه ليجف بين كل استخدام.

أما منتجات الاستحمام والجسم لدينا، مثل اللوشن والمقشرات، ففترة الصلاحية تتراوح ما بين 6 إلى 12 شهرًا تقريبًا.

Yes, we do take custom orders. However, it is recommended to place custom orders with quantities over 20+ soaps 1-2 months before the date they are required.

Custom orders with quantities less than 20 soaps will take a shorter amount of time to be prepared.

We provide free shipping on orders over 300 AED.

For orders under 300 AED, standard shipping costs begin from 20 AED and up based on the delivery location.

The total shipping cost is calculated based on the location and weight of the order at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

For orders within the United Arab Emirates, we offer standard 1-4 days delivery for non custom and non pre-order orders.

Custom soap orders and preorders can range from a week up to two months to be prepared before shipping. The duration will depend on the order placed.

للطلبيات داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، نقدم خدمة التوصيل خلال 1-4 أيام عمل للطلبيات العادية.

للطلبيات الخاصة، قد تستغرق المدة من أسبوع إلى شهرين و ذلك سيعتمد على الكمية والتصميم والعطور التي تم إختيارها للطلب.
